Why Cock & Bull Tweed Collection's caps are unlike anything else out there:
Superior Tweeds
They're made using Breanish Tweed, a beautiful, colourful and modern collection of tweeds handwoven on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Breanish uses the time honoured traditional methods of Hebridean handweaving but use a blend of Shetland wools, making them softer and less abrasive from other handwovens such as Harris Tweed.
Superior Linings
Our caps are lined with a luxurious blend of organic hemp and organic silk (70:30%) in a sumptuous Royal Purple. The hemp brings strength and longevity and the silk brings texture and a lustrous finish. Read in more detail about our very special linings here.
Proper British Craftsmanship
Each cap is handmade and finished in a small workshop in Yorkshire by a highly skilled team of expert cutters and makers in small runs and limited editions, and showcases proper British craftsmanship.
Provenance and Sustainable Style
We use handwoven tweeds to support artisan industry in the UK and we use organic textiles for the lining as part of our commitment to sustainable style. Cock & Bull Tweed Collection is proudly a carbon negative company.
